Our Services & Competencies at a Glance!

Feed Mill Plants

Turnkey compound feed mills from raw material intake through grinding, dosing and mixing to loading. We design the plant around your recipes and throughput, manufacture the components in-house, and commission them on site – as a new build or an extension.

Silo Systems

Storage and handling for grain, meal, pellets and finished feed: we supply silos complete with filling, discharge, cleaning and drying. We coordinate structural design, conveying technology and extraction, so your product stays clean and distances within the plant stay short.

Premix Plants

Premixes need precision on a small scale: our premix plants dose and weigh the smallest quantities reproducibly. Multi-component scales, low-dust manual addition and documented batch traceability are all part of it – matched to your recipes.

Biomass Industry

Wood, straw and residual materials become pellets: we build plants from size reduction through drying and conditioning to the press and bagging. What counts is that material flow and energy input match up – even with fluctuating quality of the raw material.

Special Machinery

When no standard machine fits, we design one. For biogas plants, fine milling, plastics recycling or animal by-product disposal, we create individual solutions – from the first sketch through manufacturing to commissioning within your existing line.

Anlagenbau: Fachgebiet des Maschinenbaus
About Plant Engineering

Plant engineering: what does it mean?

Plant engineering is the field of mechanical engineering that connects individual machines into a working overall plant. At its core is mechanical process engineering – size reduction, separating, dosing, mixing, conveying – complemented by thermal processes such as drying and conditioning.

Only the interplay creates a process. For us, that covers everything from the first sketch to acceptance: planning, design, production, installation and inspection.

Präzise Planung im Anlagenbau
About Plant Engineering

An important prerequisite: precise planning in plant engineering.

Before the first component is built, the concept comes first: throughput, recipes, space requirements and the material flow through the building. Precise planning here saves energy and rework later. Regional specifics matter too – from delivery logistics to regulations to the climate at the site.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Core Competencies

  • Abroad, we work exactly the same way as in Germany: planning and design happen in-house, as does production. Our own fitters travel to site for installation and oversee commissioning – we’ve already done this in over 57 countries.

  • After commissioning, your contact person stays the same. We keep spare parts for our machines in stock, coordinate maintenance dates with your operating hours, and in case of a fault, first clarify what happened by phone.

  • Both. Whether a single machine for your existing operation or a complete, coordinated plant from planning to handover – we deliver what you need, all from our own production.

  • Primarily for the animal feed industry as well as the plastics and food industries – wherever grain, animal feed and other bulk materials are ground, mixed, dosed, conveyed or stored.

  • The fastest way is via the contact form on this page or by phone at (+49) 04472 892 0. Briefly describe your project – we’ll get back to you with a proposal.
