Premix Plants for the Smallest Quantities
Premixes live and die by precision: a few grams decide the effectiveness of an entire batch. That requires a plant designed for small quantities and many components.

Turnkey Premix Plants
Many components, small quantities, complete documentation – from intake to the finished premix.

Why a premix plant
is built differently.
A compound feed plant moves tonnes, a premix plant moves grams. What passes as a rounding error in one plant is a quality defect in the other. That’s why we work here with separate small-component scales, dedicated feeders and significantly tighter tolerances.
Then there’s traceability: with premixes, every batch must be documented and traceable. Our control system automatically logs the recipe, weigh-in and mixing time.
Our Working Process With You
Five steps from the first inquiry to ongoing operation – with the same contacts throughout.
-
Consulting & Planning We clarify what the plant needs to achieve: product, throughput, space and budget. This becomes a concept before we even talk about machines. -
Engineering & Production Our design team develops the plant in detail, and our own production builds the matching components – both in-house in Lastrup. -
Project Management One point of contact coordinates schedules, deliveries and trades, and speaks up before a deadline slips – not after. -
Installation & Commissioning Our own fitters install the plant and start it up until throughput and accuracy reach the agreed values. -
Ongoing Support After handover, the same contact person remains responsible – for spare parts, maintenance and future expansions.

Our Premix Plants for Every Requirement

Mineral Feed Plants
High proportions of mineral components – abrasive, poor flowability, and designed to be correspondingly robust.

Premixes
Many components in small proportions, precisely weighed and homogeneously mixed.

Micro-Ingredient Dosing
Separate scales with fine feeding for quantities that would be lost on the large scale.

Liquid Dosing
Oils and liquid additives are introduced directly into the mixer via a spray system.

Filling & Packaging
Bags, big bags or bulk tanker – we design the output to match your distribution channel.

Precision slipping?
That can be fixed.
When batches are no longer cleanly reproducible, it’s rarely the mixer’s fault. More often it’s worn dosing components, misaligned load cells, or a control system that no longer matches your growing range of recipes.
We inspect the plant point by point and tell you exactly where improvements are needed.

Frequently Asked Questions About Premix Plants
-
That depends on the component and quantity. We set an individual tolerance for each dosing point instead of applying one value across the whole plant – for premixes, that’s the only reliable approach.
-
Through complete emptying of the mixer and conveying paths and, where necessary, a flush batch. For critical active ingredients, we design the plant from the outset for minimal residual quantities.
-
Yes. Recipe, weigh-in per component and mixing time are logged automatically – the basis for traceability and audits.
-
Yes, using discharge aids such as agitators, knockers or aeration floors. Which one is needed depends on your specific product.
-
Often, yes. It’s frequently enough to renew individual dosing points and the control system while the containers and steel structure remain.
