Foreign objects are first a safety issue and only then a quality issue. A stone in the hammer mill or a piece of metal in the pellet press causes damage within seconds that can shut down the plant for days.
That’s why we apply cleaning stages in sequence: coarse contaminants early via sieves, metals via magnets directly before sensitive machines, dust via extraction at every transfer point.
