Custom Special Machinery
When the building is too low, the product too specific, or the regulations too unusual for a standard machine, we design and manufacture the right component ourselves – in Lastrup.

Special Solutions for Biogas, Fine Milling & Recycling
Design, production and installation under one roof – that’s why the special solution is our standard case.

Flour needs different conveying paths than bulk goods.
Fine, dusty products like flour quickly clog open transfer points and dead spaces – resulting in deposits, dust leakage and hygiene risks. Conveying technology therefore needs to be dust-tight, easily accessible and residue-free to clean.
We design conveying paths, transfer points and connections specifically for your product – from a single screw conveyor to a complete conveying line through the mill.

Substrate is tough, fibrous – and can’t simply be pushed.
Manure, silage and solids for biogas plants behave completely differently from bulk goods: fibrous, sticky and often aggressive toward standard materials. Off-the-shelf conveying technology quickly reaches its limits here.
We build solid feed-in and substrate conveying systems with wear-resistant materials and robust drives – designed for the exact consistency you actually work with.
Our Working Process With You
Five steps from the first sketch to ongoing operation – with the same contacts throughout.
-
Consulting & Planning We clarify what the plant needs to achieve: product, throughput, space and budget. This becomes a concept before we even talk about machines. -
Engineering & Production Our design team develops the plant in detail, and our own production builds the matching components – both in-house in Lastrup. -
Project Management One point of contact coordinates schedules, deliveries and trades, and speaks up before a deadline slips – not after. -
Installation & Commissioning Our own fitters install the plant and start it up until throughput and accuracy reach the agreed values. -
Ongoing Support After handover, the same contact person remains responsible – for spare parts, maintenance and future expansions.

Regrind and regranulate don’t forgive standard machines.
Plastic regrind is abrasive, electrostatically charged and prone to clumping – this puts heavy strain on conveying technology and transfer points, often causing wear and blockages in off-the-shelf equipment.
We build the plants correspondingly robust: wear-resistant linings, well-thought-out transfer points and drives designed for the actual bulk material load.

Here, hygiene isn’t optional – it’s mandatory.
Animal by-product disposal plants are subject to special requirements for materials, sealing and cleanability – every seam and every transition is a potential risk for contamination and odor leakage.
We design the plant technology accordingly: smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces, sealed transfer points, and materials that meet hygiene requirements.

Special Machinery: Our Application Fields

Conveying Technology for Biogas Plants
Solid feed-in and substrate conveying: tough, fibrous and aggressive – conditions standard technology isn’t designed for.

Conveying Technology for Fine Milling
Flour and fine products require dust-tight, easy-to-clean conveying paths with as few dead spaces as possible.

Machines for Plastics Recycling
Regrind and regranulate are abrasive and prone to clumping – we build the technology to be correspondingly robust.

Machines for Animal By-Product Disposal
Special hygienic requirements apply here to materials, cleanability and the plant’s sealing.

Special Components & Conversions
Individual parts in custom dimensions, replacements for third-party equipment, and conversions in established plants.

Looking for a spare part
for a custom build?
Drawings and parts lists stay with us in-house – even after decades. For a component we’ve built before, we’ll find the documentation again and simply remanufacture it if needed.
This also applies to machines whose original manufacturer no longer exists: send us the part, we’ll measure it and rebuild it.

Frequently Asked Questions About Special Machinery
-
Anything that can’t be solved with a standard component: custom dimensions, special materials, unusual product properties, or requirements from the approval process.
-
Often, yes – especially compared to renovating the building or a standard machine running permanently at its limit. We calculate both options for you before you decide.
-
Yes. If the original manufacturer no longer supplies the part, we measure it, create the drawing, and manufacture it in our own production.
-
That depends on the scope. Because design and production are under the same roof, there’s no need for coordination loops with external suppliers – usually the bigger time factor.
-

General Questions & Answers About Special Machinery
-
Anything that can’t be solved with a standard component – individual machines, conversions, or complete lines for processes where no catalog product fits.
-
Often yes – especially compared to a conversion of an existing line or a workaround with several standard machines. We calculate this openly with you before you decide.
-
Yes. If the original manufacturer no longer exists or no longer supplies the part, we measure the component on site and rebuild it true to the original or improved.
-
That depends on the scope. Because design and manufacturing sit under one roof for us, we can usually respond faster than if the work were spread across several suppliers.
-
Yes. Drawings and parts lists stay with us, so we can manufacture spare parts even years later.
