Our Values: What We Stand For
We’re a family business in the Oldenburger Münsterland, not a corporation. Decisions are made quickly, everyone knows everyone – and at the end there’s a plant you can point to.

Five Things That Matter Here.

Teamwork
Design, production and installation are all under one roof. If you have a question, you walk over and ask – saving time and avoiding misunderstandings.

Commitment
We don’t expect anyone to know everything. But we do expect them to pitch in and ask when something’s unclear.

Integrity
We keep the deadlines we promise – to customers and colleagues alike. And if something doesn’t work out, we say so early.

Flexible
No day is like the next: sometimes a series part, sometimes a custom build, sometimes a week of installation work abroad.

Flat Hierarchy
The path to management is short. Good ideas don’t need to pass through three levels here.

We are AWILA® Anlagenbau.
Since 1902, we have been planning, manufacturing and installing plants in Lastrup where grain, animal feed and other bulk materials are ground, mixed, dosed, conveyed and stored. From the first conversation through design and our own production to commissioning at the customer’s site, everything happens in-house.
For you, that means you don’t just see a fragment, but how a drawing becomes a plant that ends up running in northern Germany or in South America.

Apprenticeships at AWILA:
Right in the middle of it from day one.
We’ve been training apprentices for decades, both technical and commercial. Our apprentices don’t just tag along – they work on real projects. Afterwards, those who want to can move into design, production, or join installation work.
