Our Service
Need help? We're happy to assist!
A plant isn’t finished until it runs reliably – and it only runs reliably as long as someone takes care of it. That’s exactly what our service is for: we know every machine that has left our factory in Lastrup, keep the right spare parts in stock, and send our own fitters to you when needed.
Spare Parts
Original spare parts for all AWILA machines – a large portion available from stock and delivered to you at short notice.
Maintenance & Servicing
Fixed intervals instead of unplanned downtime: we coordinate maintenance with your operating hours.
Installation & Commissioning
Our own fitters install the plant, commission it and train your staff – both in Germany and abroad.
Repair Service
When it has to be quick: diagnose the fault, source the parts, get the plant running again.
Modernization
Bringing existing plants up to date – from the control system to energy efficiency.
Consulting
Before the first drawing there’s a conversation: throughput, recipes and space requirements.

Interested? Get in touch!
Spare part, maintenance appointment or fault? Briefly tell us which plant it concerns – we usually get back to you the same business day.

Spare parts that fit:
because we built the machine.
For every plant that has left our factory, we have the drawings and parts lists on file. So we know exactly which part is in your machine without you having to remove and measure it first – in most cases, the serial number is enough.
We keep common wear parts for mills, mixers and conveyors in stock at our Lastrup site. What’s not in stock, we manufacture in our own production – even for machines that have been in use for decades.

Wear is predictable.
Downtime doesn’t have to be.
In a feed or bulk material plant, mills, mixers and conveyors run in continuous operation. We inspect the plant at fixed intervals, check the critical assemblies, and replace anything likely to fail in the foreseeable future. We schedule appointments to fit your production – on weekends or during a batch break.
Installation & Commissioning
An Important Prerequisite: Precise Planning in Plant Engineering.
1. Survey and schedule: before delivery, we inspect the construction site – access roads, foundations, connections and crane paths. This creates an installation plan that fits your production calendar.
2. Prefabrication in Lastrup: containers, frames and welded assemblies are made in our own factory and pre-assembled there as much as possible. This significantly shortens the time on site.
3. On-site installation: our own fitters set up the plant, connect mechanics, electrics and controls, and document every step.
4. Commissioning: we start up the plant step by step, calibrate scales and dosing systems, and run in the recipes until throughput and accuracy are right.
5. Training and handover: your staff learn the plant on the running machine. After handover, the same contact person remains responsible for you – in Germany and abroad.

When a plant stops,
every hour counts.
In case of a fault, we first clarify what happened by phone. Often the cause can be narrowed down together with your staff and fixed directly – saving a site visit and half a production day.
If that’s not enough, a fitter comes to you. They bring what’s likely needed based on the remote diagnosis and repair the plant. We overhaul larger assemblies in our workshop in Lastrup.

A good plant doesn’t need replacing
to become better.
Many of our plants have been running for decades. The steel structure usually outlasts the technology inside it: controls, drives and weighing technology are significantly more efficient and accurate today. We assess what can be renewed with reasonable effort and calculate for you what the upgrade delivers – before you decide.

It doesn’t start with a quote,
it starts with a question.
What should the plant achieve, which recipes run through it, how much space is available? We clarify these points together before talking about individual machines. It often turns out that expanding the existing line makes more sense than building new. We give you an honest assessment – even when it speaks against the bigger order.
