Assembly of Machines and Plants
You assemble machines and complete plants directly on-site at the customer’s location – from the first screw to the final panel.
Service and Maintenance Assignments
You keep our customers’ plants running: from scheduled maintenance to fast troubleshooting.
Commissioning
You bring newly assembled plants into operation and fine-tune them for reliable production.
Site Supervision and Organization
You keep track on-site, coordinate workflows with the customer, and make sure the schedule holds.

A CV and a few sentences about your previous work are enough to get started. We don’t expect a fully written cover letter – we’re interested in what you can do.

As a rule, we get back to you within a week. If it’s a good fit in principle, we’ll invite you to a conversation with the relevant department head.

We work full days from Monday to Thursday and finish earlier on Fridays. Overtime is project-related and is balanced out through a time account.

You’ll get a fixed contact person from the department who supports you during the first few weeks. How long onboarding takes depends on the area – we don’t put you under time pressure.

That depends on the position. In production and design, it’s the exception; in the installation area, it’s part of the job. We discuss this openly in the interview before you sign.
