Creating 3D Models
You design parts and assemblies in CAD – from individual components to complete plant layouts.
Deriving Drawings
You create manufacturing drawings with the dimensions and tolerances our production actually needs.
Maintaining Bills of Materials
You keep parts lists and item data up to date, so purchasing and production can rely on accurate data.
Incorporating Changes
When something changes on site, you update the documentation – so the spare part still fits in ten years.
Coordinating with Production
You go to the shop floor and ask how a part could be made more easily. The distance is short.
Designing plants
that exist only once.

Your Profile as a Technical Product Designer
Completed Training
As a technical product designer, technical draftsperson, or mechanical engineering technician.
Confident in 3D CAD
Which system you’ve used so far is secondary – the way of thinking is transferable.
Understanding of Manufacturing
You know what can be welded, bent, and machined, and design accordingly.
Care in Documentation
A drawing may still be needed decades from now when a spare part is required. It should be correspondingly precise.

A CV and a few sentences about your previous work are enough to get started. We don’t expect a fully written cover letter – we’re interested in what you can do.

As a rule, we get back to you within a week. If it’s a good fit in principle, we’ll invite you to a conversation with the relevant department head.

We work full days from Monday to Thursday and finish earlier on Fridays. Overtime is project-related and is balanced out through a time account.

You’ll get a fixed contact person from the department who supports you during the first few weeks. How long onboarding takes depends on the area – we don’t put you under time pressure.

That depends on the position. In production and design, it’s the exception; in the installation area, it’s part of the job. We discuss this openly in the interview before you sign.
