Designing plants
that exist only once.

With us, every plant is built for a specific process. So you’re not drawing variations of a mass-produced product, but solving a new task every time.

What you design gets built just one building away. You’ll get that kind of direct feedback in hardly any other design office.

Your Profile as a Technical Product Designer

Icon Ersatzteile

Completed Training

As a technical product designer, technical draftsperson, or mechanical engineering technician.

Icon Beratung

Confident in 3D CAD

Which system you’ve used so far is secondary – the way of thinking is transferable.

Icon Montage und Inbetriebnahme

Understanding of Manufacturing

You know what can be welded, bent, and machined, and design accordingly.

Care in Documentation

A drawing may still be needed decades from now when a spare part is required. It should be correspondingly precise.

General Questions & Answers About Your Application

    • A CV and a few sentences about your previous work are enough to get started. We don’t expect a fully written cover letter – we’re interested in what you can do.

    • As a rule, we get back to you within a week. If it’s a good fit in principle, we’ll invite you to a conversation with the relevant department head.

    • We work full days from Monday to Thursday and finish earlier on Fridays. Overtime is project-related and is balanced out through a time account.

    • You’ll get a fixed contact person from the department who supports you during the first few weeks. How long onboarding takes depends on the area – we don’t put you under time pressure.

    • That depends on the position. In production and design, it’s the exception; in the installation area, it’s part of the job. We discuss this openly in the interview before you sign.
