Quotes and Order Processing
You calculate quotes, write order confirmations, and follow the order through to the final invoice.

Purchasing
You obtain prices, negotiate with suppliers, and make sure materials and purchased parts arrive on schedule.

Managing Deadlines
You keep track of where a project stands and act early if a deadline is at risk.

Customer Support
You’re the contact for questions – by phone and email, in English for international customers.

Reporting
You prepare figures on projects and suppliers, providing the basis for decisions.

Working in a commercial role,
yet close to the technology.
With us, commercial staff and design engineers sit under the same roof. You won’t be calculating abstract line items – within a short time, you’ll know what’s actually behind an assembly.
Because every project looks different, there’s no routine by the book – but there is room for decisions, and colleagues you can ask directly.

Independent Way of Working
You manage your tasks on your own responsibility and get the information you’re missing.

You’ll get a fixed contact person from the department who supports you during the first few weeks. How long onboarding takes depends on the area – we don’t put you under time pressure.
-
That depends on the position. In production and design, it’s the exception; in the installation area, it’s part of the job. We discuss this openly in the interview before you sign.
