Manufacturing Components
You produce turned and milled parts from drawings – from single pieces to small batches, both conventionally and on CNC machines.
Setting Up Machines
You set up machines independently, select tools, and optimize programs where it’s worthwhile.
Assembling Components
You join individual parts into assemblies, align, and adjust until the clearances are right.
Ensuring Quality
You inspect your own parts and document the results – defects shouldn’t leave production.
Talking to the Design Team
If something could be solved in a more production-friendly way, you speak up. The path to the design department is short with us.
Production in special machinery:
no two parts alike.
We don’t build standard machines, but plants for a specific process. For you, that means changing orders, different materials, and components where experience really counts.
Design, production, and assembly are all under one roof in Lastrup. You clarify questions in person instead of across three departments.

Your Profile as a Precision Mechanic
Completed Training
As a precision mechanic, machining mechanic, or industrial mechanic – professional experience is welcome but not required.
Confident Reading Technical Drawings
Dimensions, tolerances, and geometric tolerances shouldn’t be a mystery to you.
A Good Feel for Precision Work
We work in the tenth-of-a-millimeter range. Care matters more here than speed.
Independent Way of Working
You get the drawing and the deadline – how you get there is largely up to you.

A CV and a few sentences about your previous work are enough to get started. We don’t expect a fully written cover letter – we’re interested in what you can do.

As a rule, we get back to you within a week. If it’s a good fit in principle, we’ll invite you to a conversation with the relevant department head.

We work full days from Monday to Thursday and finish earlier on Fridays. Overtime is project-related and is balanced out through a time account.

You’ll get a fixed contact person from the department who supports you during the first few weeks. How long onboarding takes depends on the area – we don’t put you under time pressure.

That depends on the position. In production and design, it’s the exception; in the installation area, it’s part of the job. We discuss this openly in the interview before you sign.
