Goods Receiving

You receive deliveries, check them against the order and delivery note, and clarify discrepancies directly with purchasing.

Warehouse Management

You keep stock levels and storage locations up to date in the system, so production and assembly can find what they need.

Picking

You assemble materials for orders and job sites – using forklift, crane, and scanner.

Shipping and Export

You prepare shipments, create the paperwork, and handle customs documents for international deliveries.

Load Securing

You’re responsible for securing components so they arrive undamaged at the job site.

Logistics in plant construction:
no off-the-shelf pallets.

Our shelves don’t hold standard items, but components for plants that exist only once – from small parts to silo segments on a low-loader.

Because production and shipping are right next to each other, questions get sorted out the short way. Anyone who keeps the overview here is needed.

Completed Training

As a warehouse logistics specialist or warehouse clerk – career changers with warehouse experience are welcome to apply.

Forklift License

You should bring this with you. A crane license is a plus, but can also be obtained with us.

Confident with Computers

Inventory management systems, scanners, and shipping paperwork are part of daily work – you should be able to handle them.

Reliability

If a part is missing, assembly comes to a halt. People need to be able to rely on your word.

General Questions & Answers About Your Application

A CV and a few sentences about your previous work are enough to get started. We don’t expect a fully written cover letter – we’re interested in what you can do.
As a rule, we get back to you within a week. If it’s a good fit in principle, we’ll invite you to a conversation with the relevant department head.
We work full days from Monday to Thursday and finish earlier on Fridays. Overtime is project-related and is balanced out through a time account.
You’ll get a fixed contact person from the department who supports you during the first few weeks. How long onboarding takes depends on the area – we don’t put you under time pressure.
That depends on the position. In production and design, it’s the exception; in the installation area, it’s part of the job. We discuss this openly in the interview before you sign.
