In the hammer mill, rotating hammers break up the product until it passes through the openings of the screen basket. The screen you choose determines the fineness – from coarse meal to fine flour. This makes it the most flexible size-reduction machine in a feed mill.

Because screen changes happen frequently during operation, we place great value on easy accessibility: the screen basket can be swapped without special tools, and the hammers are reversible and individually replaceable. We tune the extraction system so the mill never clogs.
