Roller Mill
Cracks grain between two rollers to a precisely adjustable particle size – more energy-efficient than grinding and with little fine material.
Technical Data.
In the roller mill, the product passes between two counter-rotating rollers and is cracked rather than pounded. The roller gap lets you set the particle size precisely. The result is a uniform meal with little fine material – and a significantly lower energy demand than grinding.
Beyond this standard version, we also build different, flexible machines for the Size Reduction area – tailored individually to your process.

Gentle size reduction instead of grinding.
The roller mill is suitable for grain, corn and legumes – wherever a defined particle size is required and dust should be avoided. We select the roller fluting and speed ratio to match the product and the desired structure.
