About AWILA

When you call, you speak to the people who build your plant.

Design, production, control cabinet building and installation all sit under one roof here in Lastrup – not just on paper, but door to door. Whoever draws up your plant personally knows the colleague on the shop floor who builds it. That’s no coincidence – it’s why we’ve worked this way since 1902: short distances, direct communication, and in the end a plant where the components and controls truly fit together.

Five areas bundle our work: feed mill plants, silo systems, premix plants, the biomass industry and special machinery – each with its own specialists who have known their craft for years.

News

Lastrup is small – our standards aren’t.

Over 100 colleagues work here every day to keep plants running reliably in 63 countries. People know each other, greet each other in the yard, and if a plant was particularly tricky, it’s still being talked about during the break.

Under News, we show you what we’re currently working on – from projects going into operation to trade fairs where you can meet us. The „News“ section will follow shortly as its own page.

About AWILA

Our Core Competencies in Our Field

Feed Mill Plants

Turnkey compound feed mills from raw material intake through grinding, dosing and mixing to loading. We design the plant around your recipes and throughput, manufacture the components in-house, and commission them on site – as a new build or an extension.

Feed Mill Plants

Silo Systems

Storage and handling for grain, meal, pellets and finished feed: we supply silos complete with filling, discharge, cleaning and drying. We coordinate structural design, conveying technology and extraction, so your product stays clean and distances within the plant stay short.

Silo Systems

Premix Plants

Premixes need precision on a small scale: our premix plants dose and weigh the smallest quantities reproducibly. Multi-component scales, low-dust manual addition and documented batch traceability are all part of it – matched to your recipes.

Premix Plants

Biomass Industry

Wood, straw and residual materials become pellets: we build plants from size reduction through drying and conditioning to the press and bagging. What counts is that material flow and energy input match up – even with fluctuating quality of the raw material.

Special Machinery

When no standard machine fits, we design one. For biogas plants, fine milling, plastics recycling or animal by-product disposal, we create individual solutions – from the first sketch through manufacturing to commissioning within your existing line.
