Aspiration

Technical Data.

Aspiration separates dust, husks and light particles from the product stream by directing a targeted airflow through the material. Anything lighter than the grain is carried off and separated out. This protects downstream machines from wear and keeps dust exposure low during operation.

Beyond this standard version, we also build different, flexible machines for the Cleaning area – tailored individually to your process.

Air volume up to

m³/h

Drive up to

kilowatts

Throughput up to

per hour

Aspiration

Removing dust and light particles before they cause problems.

Aspiration is used wherever raw material arrives or is transferred: at intake, before milling and at transfer points. We match air volume and cross-section to your product, so good material stays in the stream and only the light fraction is discharged.

Overview of Other Machines in the Cleaning Area

Cyclone

Cleaning
Removes dust from the air using centrifugal force – with no moving parts and no filter in the main flow.

Vibrating Screen

Cleaning
Separates bulk material by particle size using vibrating screen decks – with multiple decks in a single pass.

Drum Sieves

Cleaning
Sort straw, twine and lumps out of raw material – the constant rotation keeps the screen drum clear.
