Technical Data.
The vibrating screen separates bulk material into fractions using vibrating screen decks. Amplitude and inclination determine how fast the material travels across the surface and how sharp the separation is. Several decks stacked on top of each other allow multiple particle sizes to be obtained in a single pass.

Vibrating Screen
Separating by particle size.
We select the screen mesh and excitation to match the product, adding a knocker device if needed so the mesh doesn’t clog. Screen changes are possible without special tools.
