Centrifugal Cleaner

Technical Data.

The centrifugal cleaner throws the product against a cylindrical screen. Heavy and coarse components are carried outward and discharged, while the good grain passes through. Because separation is based on mass rather than size, it also catches contamination that a sieve would let through.

Beyond this standard version, we also build different, flexible machines for the Cleaning area – tailored individually to your process.

Centrifugal Cleaner

Cleaning with centrifugal force.

It is installed ahead of the mill and press, where foreign matter causes the most damage. The unit operates enclosed, so no dust escapes; the screen body can be cleaned through a hatch.

Overview of Other Machines in the Cleaning Area

Cyclone

Cleaning
Removes dust from the air using centrifugal force – with no moving parts and no filter in the main flow.

Aspiration

Cleaning
Separates dust, husks and light particles from the product using an airflow – protects downstream machines and keeps operations low…

Vibrating Screen

Cleaning
Separates bulk material by particle size using vibrating screen decks – with multiple decks in a single pass.

Drum Sieves

Cleaning
Sort straw, twine and lumps out of raw material – the constant rotation keeps the screen drum clear.
