Cyclone
Removes dust from the air using centrifugal force – with no moving parts and no filter in the main flow.
Technical Data.
In the cyclone, the tangential inlet sets the dust-laden air into a rotating motion. Centrifugal force carries the particles outward to the wall, from where they slide down into the outlet; the cleaned air rises in the center. There are no moving parts involved.
Beyond this standard version, we also build different, flexible machines for the Cleaning area – tailored individually to your process.

Removing dust from the air without a filter.
Cyclones are used wherever material is conveyed pneumatically or extracted. We size them to the air volume and particle size – for very fine dust we combine them with a downstream filter.
