Conditioner
Prepares the meal with steam for heat and moisture – the basis for a stable pellet pressed with less energy.
Technical Data.
The conditioner prepares the meal before the press: steam adds heat and moisture, the starch gelatinizes and the material becomes formable. Retention time and steam quantity determine how stable the resulting pellet will be and how much energy the press requires.
Beyond this standard version, we also build different, flexible machines for the Pelleting area – tailored individually to your process.

The steam that makes the pellet possible.
The shaft speed and paddle position let you adjust the retention time to the recipe. For longer gelatinization times, we combine several stages – improving both pellet quality and the hygiene of the final product.
