Removes heat and moisture from freshly pressed pellets using a counterflow of air – only then are they storable without condensation.
Technical Data.
Pellets leave the press hot and moist. The counterflow cooler passes ambient air against the direction of fall through the product, removing heat and moisture. Only then is the product storable, without condensation forming in the silo.

Warm from the press, storable from the cooler.
We control bed height and retention time via the discharge, so the pellets cool evenly and don’t break up. Cooling too quickly makes the pellet brittle – the right setting determines abrasion resistance.
