The crumbler breaks finished pellets down to a smaller particle size in a controlled way – for young animals that can’t yet eat whole pellets. Two fluted rollers with an adjustable gap ensure the structure is preserved and as little dust as possible is created.

Crumbler
Pellets become crumbled feed.
The roller gap can be adjusted during operation, letting you switch between crumb sizes without stopping the plant. A bypass routes pellets around the crumbler when uncrumbled product is needed.
