Pellet Press

Technical Data.

In the pellet press, rollers press the conditioned material through the holes of a die. This creates pressure and frictional heat that solidify the pellet. Die thickness and hole diameter determine the hardness and diameter of the finished pellet.

Beyond this standard version, we also build different, flexible machines for the Pelleting area – tailored individually to your process.

Pellet Press

The heart of pelleting.

Pressing tools are wear parts – that’s why we focus on quick changeovers and keep dies and rollers in stock. Together with the conditioner and cooler, the press forms a line that we design as a whole rather than as individual machines.
